Introduction to COUNTER Reports webinar recording

The recording of last year’s Introduction to COUNTER Reports webinar is now available to watch. The webinar discusses how to navigate COUNTER’s Platform, Database, Title and Item Reports, and why Tasha doesn’t recommend standard views. We also got to grips with the different COUNTER metrics.
