Annual General Meeting and COUNTER Conference 2025

17 April 2025

We will be holding our Annual General Meeting online on Thursday 5 June 2025 at 14:45 GMT (15:45 CEST, 09:45 EDT).

All COUNTER members are invited to attend to receive the Directors’ Report and financials from 2024 and to learn more about our plans for 2025 and 2026.

The AGM will take place alongside the COUNTER Conference 2025. This half-day, online conference will have a particular focus on usage metrics for open-access content. It will also include updates on COUNTER.

The conference is free for COUNTER members. Register using the link below. Please note that only COUNTER members can vote in the AGM, although all conference attendees are welcome to attend.

Libraries within consortia members

There are also a limited number of free tickets available for libraries that are part of consortia members of COUNTER. This year we are asking consortia to select up to 10 librarian members per consortium to receive free tickets to the conference. Please email your lists of librarian participants to sian@countermetrics.org.

To learn more about COUNTER membership and to join to support our work, take a look at our membership page.

Thank you to everyone who submitted a range of high-quality proposals. We will be looking through these proposals during April and will publish the conference programme by the end of the month.

If you have any questions or problems registering please contact sian@countermetrics.org.
