Share your thoughts in our 2025 survey

01 September 2025

Share your thoughts about COUNTER in our 2025 survey. The COUNTER community is at the heart of COUNTER, both in reaching the point we are at today and how we develop in the future. It is therefore important that the whole community of organisations that produce or use COUNTER metrics have a regular opportunity to feed back on your experiences and thoughts.

Last year, our short satisfaction survey revealed 86% of respondents were happy or very happy with what COUNTER is doing. This year’s survey enables our community to take a deeper dive with your feedback. You can tell us your thoughts on Release 5.1 and what you would like to see happen with the Code. You can also give us feedback on the COUNTER tools, education materials and support you have received. The survey should not take more than 5-10 minutes to complete.

We would like to hear from as many in the COUNTER community as possible, both members and non-members. Please share the link with your colleagues and encourage them to respond too.
