Best practice guidance: aggregating usage metrics

Earlier this summer we opened a consultation about our updated guidelines for consortia on aggregating and compiling COUNTER metrics. This was an update to older 2019 guidelines, which were utilized by consortia and national bodies to standardize reporting from their member libraries. We consulted the community and revised the guidlines over the summer. The COUNTER Executive Committee approved them for publication in August.
